Curiography
The word of the day: Curiography. That is coined by yours truly. It means curiosity about certain choreography. Both in reguards to a new style of dance or that of a specific choreographer. Very versatile word. When this goes into the dictionary, does that make me famous?

Yes I'm a natural blue!
Okay, so, we've been discussing it for a while. Travis and I want fish-tropical fish (we're not at all interested in settling for freshwater fish, they just aren't as interesting, and for the work, you might as well make it count). I have my heart set on a Dory Fish (Aka the Blue Tang, aka the surgeon fish). And, maybe some cleaning shrimp and maybe a yellow tang (the fish that loves the bubbles in finding nemo). Anyways, we've talked about it, and put it off, but then this morning, Travis' mom called us and said "You want a free fish tank?"

heck yes, how big and whether or not we could put it anywhere were our first questions.
Then we went to Pet co, and they saltwater aquarium lady was there, and gave us SO MUCH information.
Overwhelming? Yes.
Exciting? Yes.
Lots of good tips and things to think about? Most definately.
So, I think I've caught the bug. I asked my mom to hold onto the tank we inherited today for a month(not quite ready to dive in, need more planning, so in the meantime not ready to rearrange for placing a tank) and so I've given myself that long to figure out how exactly I want to get started, and then, we can use the tank we have as a starter tank/quarentine tank to help us cultivate a "show tank." That part will be a few months down the rd.
So interesting!

Star Spangled Banner Vs 3, say what?
Did you know there's more than one verse to our national anthem? (If your LDS and grew up with the hymn book you don't count!) And my favorite verses are 2 and 3.
And because Francis Scott Key was so much more eloquent than me, enjoy my belated patriotism!
And because Francis Scott Key was so much more eloquent than me, enjoy my belated patriotism!
On the shore dimly seen thru the mists of the deep,
where the foe's haughty host in dread silence reposes
What is that which the breeze, o'er the towering steep,
as it fitfully blows, half conceals, half discloses?
Now it catches the gleam of the morning's first beam,
In full glory reflected now shines on the stream;
'Tis the star spangled banner! Oh, long may it wave
O'er the land of the Free and the home of the brave!
Oh thus be it ever, when free men shall stand
Between their loved homes and the war's desolation!
Blest with vit'ry and peace, may the heav'n rescued land
Praise the Pow'r that hath made and preserved us a nation!
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our Trust!"
And the star spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free, and the home of the brave!
Can you imagine being there on the feild writing that song? Very powerful. I had to fight tears on Sunday when the Senior Primary kids stood and sang this song with me-out of the mouths of babes.
And who can forget the Battle Hymn of the Republic. I did some searching, and Julia Ward Howe wrote this down near the end of the Civil war, adds another uplifting twist to the words of again, vs 2 and 3 (vs 1 is always oversung)
He hath Sounded forth his Trumpet that shall never call retreat;
he is sifting out the hearts of men before his judgement seat
Oh, be swift my soul to answer him be jubilant my feet!
Our God is marching on
In the Beauty of the lilies, Christ was born across the sea,
With a Glory in his bosom that transfigures you and me
As he died to make us holy, let us live to make men free,
While God is marching on!
